Payment and Security
Secure online payments
Online card payments for Drop by Drop reservations are processed by Stripe through WooCommerce. Stripe securely receives and processes payment-card information. Drop By Drop LLC does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes on its website servers.
The checkout page uses HTTPS encryption. Customers should always verify that the browser displays the secure https://dropbydroparfum.com address before entering payment information.
Prices and currency
The currency is displayed in the booking summary and at checkout. Unless another currency is explicitly shown, online prices are charged in United States dollars (USD). The current standard advertised price is USD 35 per participant.
Customers should verify the final total, currency, selected date, time and number of participants before submitting payment. A bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international-payment fees that are outside Drop by Drop’s control.
Available payment methods
The payment methods currently available to a customer are those displayed securely at checkout. Availability may depend on the customer’s device, card issuer, country, currency and Stripe configuration.
Payment confirmation
A successful payment produces a WooCommerce order and a booking confirmation. If payment remains pending, fails or is reversed, the reservation may remain unconfirmed until payment is successfully completed.
Receipts and booking confirmation
The customer receives confirmation at the email address entered during checkout. Customers must provide a valid email address and should retain the order number and payment receipt.
Fraud prevention
Stripe, card issuers and Drop By Drop LLC may apply security checks designed to detect unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. A transaction may be declined or reviewed where necessary to protect customers and the business.
Refunds
Eligibility for a refund is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time after issuance depends on Stripe, the card network and the customer’s bank.
Payment support
Never send complete card details by email, WhatsApp or contact form. For payment assistance, send only your name, order number, booking date and a description of the issue.
