Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings for the Drop By Drop Perfume Workshop in Marrakech.

Our workshops are scheduled, in-person experiences. Each reservation secures a specific date and time, the availability of our perfume experts, and the materials required to create your personalized fragrance. For this reason, our cancellation policy differs from a standard product return policy.

By booking an experience with Drop By Drop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed once you have selected the date, time, and number of participants and have received confirmation through our website, WhatsApp, or email.

Please check all booking details carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Free Cancellation or Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you contact us at least 48 hours in advance, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule your workshop to another available date or time

  • Receive a full refund if payment has already been made

  • Transfer the booking to another person

All changes are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are generally non-refundable.

Because your place, materials, and our team’s availability have already been reserved, we may offer a reschedule depending on availability. This remains at the discretion of Drop By Drop.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your confirmed workshop and do not contact us before the scheduled start time, your booking will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

If you are running late, contact us by WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but a late arrival may reduce the duration of your workshop.

If you arrive too late for us to provide the experience properly, your booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.

6. Personalized Perfumes and Products

During the workshop, you will create a personalized perfume based on your selected notes, preferences, and unique formula.

Once the workshop has started or your personalized perfume has been created, the experience and the custom-made product are non-refundable.

Personalized perfumes, bottles, custom labels, and made-to-order fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or there is a clear issue caused by our team.

If you experience a problem with your personalized product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your booking details and photos of the issue.

7. Gift Bookings

Gift bookings may be transferred to another person or rescheduled, provided that the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience.

Gift bookings are not refundable after the scheduled date has passed.

8. Cancellation by Drop By Drop

In rare cases, Drop By Drop may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to exceptional circumstances.

If we cancel your confirmed booking, you may choose between:

  • Rescheduling to another available date or time

  • Receiving a full refund through the original payment method

Drop By Drop is not responsible for additional expenses related to your booking, including transportation, accommodation, or other travel costs.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment platform. Refunds usually take several business days to appear in your account after they have been processed.

10. Promotional and Discounted Bookings

Bookings made using a discount, promotional offer, or special rate may be subject to specific cancellation conditions if clearly stated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise specified, the standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

To cancel, reschedule, transfer, or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:
