Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to bookings for the Drop By Drop Perfume Workshop experience in Marrakech.

Our service is an in-person, scheduled experience. Because each booking reserves a specific date, time slot, team availability, and workshop materials, our cancellation and refund policy is different from a standard product return policy.

By making a reservation with Drop By Drop, you agree to the terms below.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you select a date, time slot, number of participants, and receive confirmation from our team by WhatsApp, email, or through our booking system.

Please make sure your booking details are correct before confirming your reservation.

Free Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled workshop time.

If you contact us at least 48 hours before your session, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Reschedule your workshop to another available date or time

  • Receive a refund if payment has already been made

  • Transfer your booking to another person

Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before the Experience

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are generally not refundable.

Because your place, materials, and team availability have already been reserved, we may only offer a reschedule depending on availability and at our discretion.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your confirmed workshop and do not contact us before the session, your booking will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Late Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrival may reduce your workshop time.

If you arrive too late and we are unable to provide the experience properly, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.

Personalized Products

During the workshop, you create a personalized perfume based on your own selected notes, preferences, and formula.

Once the workshop has started, or once your personalized perfume has been created, the experience and custom-made perfume are not refundable.

Personalized bottles, custom labels, and made-to-order fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear issue caused by our team.

Gift Bookings and Gift Experiences

If the booking was purchased as a gift, it may be transferred to another person or rescheduled, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience.

Gift bookings are not refundable after the scheduled date has passed.

Cancellation by Drop By Drop

In rare cases, Drop By Drop may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to exceptional circumstances.

If we cancel your confirmed booking, you will be offered:

  • A new available date or time slot

  • A full refund if payment has already been made

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment platform. In most cases, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Sale, Discounted, or Promotional Bookings

Discounted, promotional, or special-offer bookings may have specific cancellation conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, the same 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule

To cancel, reschedule, or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking details:
