1. Business identity

The Drop by Drop website and booking service are owned and operated by Drop By Drop LLC, with a registered business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

The perfume workshop itself is provided in person at Rte Sidi Abdelaziz, Marrakech, Morocco, 40000.

2. The experience

Drop by Drop offers an in-person perfume-making experience in Marrakech. During the workshop, participants are guided through the fragrance creation process and create a personalized fragrance according to the description displayed on the booking page.

The standard experience lasts approximately 90 minutes. The exact inclusions, language, start time, participant capacity and price are those displayed during booking.

3. Reservations

A reservation is valid only after the customer receives a confirmation from Drop by Drop. For online card payments, confirmation is normally issued after successful payment. Availability is subject to the selected date, time slot and number of participants.

The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate contact information and for communicating these Terms to all participants included in the booking.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are displayed before checkout. Unless a different currency is clearly shown, online card payments are charged in United States dollars (USD). The current standard advertised price is USD 35 per participant, but the price shown in the final order summary at checkout is the controlling price.

Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange or international transaction fees. These fees are not charged or controlled by Drop by Drop.

5. Payments

Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe through WooCommerce. Drop by Drop does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its website.

A reservation is not considered paid if the payment is declined, reversed, cancelled or otherwise unsuccessful.

6. Confirmation and admission

After a successful reservation, the customer receives a booking confirmation by email using the address provided at checkout. The confirmation contains the booking reference and relevant reservation details.

If QR ticketing is active for the order, the customer must present the QR code or booking reference at reception. A QR code is valid only for the associated booking, date, time and number of participants. It may not be copied, resold or reused after validation.

7. Arrival and punctuality

Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the confirmed start time. Late arrival may shorten the experience so that later reservations are not disrupted. Admission after the session has started is subject to operational availability and does not automatically create a right to a refund.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes, cancellations, no-shows and refunds are governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy published on this website. That policy forms part of these Terms.

9. Participant conduct and safety

Participants must follow reasonable instructions given by the workshop team and behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, equipment and the venue. Drop by Drop may refuse or end participation where conduct is unsafe, unlawful, abusive or seriously disruptive.

Fragrance materials may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions in some individuals. Customers should inform the team before the session of any relevant allergy, pregnancy-related concern, respiratory sensitivity or other condition that could affect safe participation. This information does not replace professional medical advice.

Minors must be booked and accompanied by a responsible adult unless Drop by Drop has confirmed another arrangement in writing.

10. Personal belongings

Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings. Drop by Drop is not responsible for loss, theft or damage except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

11. Photos and marketing

Drop by Drop will not intentionally use a customer’s identifiable photograph or video for promotional purposes without appropriate permission. Customers may be asked separately for consent.

12. Intellectual property

The Drop by Drop name, website content, photographs, branding, workshop materials and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep the website and booking service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We may correct errors, update content or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drop By Drop LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or participation in the experience. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

15. Events outside our control

We may reschedule, modify or cancel a session because of circumstances reasonably outside our control, including safety concerns, severe weather, government restrictions, utility failures or other force-majeure events. Where this happens, the options available to the customer will be communicated directly.

16. Applicable rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Drop By Drop LLC and the transaction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer or to an experience performed in Morocco.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a reservation is the version available when the reservation is made, unless a change is required by law.
