Where is Drop By Drop located?
The atelier is located in the Marrakech Medina, close to the main tourist areas. After booking, you can contact us on WhatsApp if you need help finding the exact location.
How do I confirm my reservation?
Simply choose your date, time slot, and number of participants, then click the reservation button. A WhatsApp message will open with your booking details so our team can confirm your session quickly.
Can I book at the last minute?
Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability. To secure your preferred time, especially during weekends and busy travel periods, we recommend booking in advance.
What if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session. If you are running late, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so our team can advise you.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes. If you need to modify your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your experience. We will do our best to help you choose another available time slot.
I have allergies or a sensitive nose. Can I still join?
If you have allergies, asthma, pregnancy-related sensitivity, or a very sensitive nose, please inform our team before the workshop. We will guide you carefully and help you choose suitable notes.
